We strive for the highest level of linguistic accuracy. However, clients are responsible for reviewing completed translations before official use whenever possible.
All information provided by clients is handled with strict confidentiality.
Payment is due according to the agreed pricing and payment terms. Some projects may require payment in advance.
Interpretation appointments may be subject to cancellation fees based on the notice provided. Translation projects already in progress may incur charges for work completed.
Completed translations remain the property of the client after full payment has been received.
One Voice Interpreting & Translation Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
